Cooking with Oil has Healthy Benefits

Olive Oil has many health benefits for everyone. Some of these include: lowers cholesterol, improves brain function, and fights inflammation. Many people now use oil in replacement of butter and or cooking for added flavor. It is also a good replacement for salad dressings and marinating. You can use all of Renee's Oils when using the oven, stove top and when grilling. They are all heat safe. All oils are dated on the back of bottle and are good until the next year.
