Enjoy this on a hot summer day!
Shrimp cooked and chilled
You can use lots of vegetables in this dish and
you can use this as a lunch salad or an
appetizer with some tortilla chips.
I used what I had leftover for veggies.
Onion, peppers, tomato, chives, white wine, Cilantro Renee*, basil and oregano.
Always use lots of lemon and lime juice.
Many use avocado too.
Chop it all up and mix it together.
It is so refreshing! Enjoy!
The steak bites are great especially if you and your friends are just sitting
around watching a game!
